Very clever name, interesting label. Slightly hazy golden straw pour, bubbly head, some lacing. Grassy and spicy nose and flavors initially, then yeasty, citrus zest, more grassy and earthy hops, nice little hop linger. Nice effort, worth a try.

Pours a rather wan and slightly hazy yellow with a thick and fluffy white head. Aroma, though, is strong, fruity, yeasty and a little bit hoppy. Flavor does not quite live up to the aroma, being rather weak, almost like a "lite" beer - a little malty, a little fruity, a little hoppy. Texture leaves something to be desired. OK, maybe the bottle I purchased came from a bum batch. Give it a try - hope your experience is better.

12oz bottle -
I haven't had a Belgian this potent in the nose in awhile. Peppery phenols, fruit juice, straw base, citrus zest and cat piss. The flavor falls off just a bit, but it still delivers. Lots of traditional Belgian spice, straw, citrus, crackers....not a lot of sweetness here...really good. -

12 oz bottle. Pours hazy golden yellow with a big rocky white head that retains well and laces the glass.
The aroma is wheaty malts with resiny hops and some spicy belgian yeast and some tropical fruit.
The flavor is sweet bready malts with some funky spicy yeast and a little fruit and a pretty big bitterness in the finish. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with lots of sharp carbonation.
Overall, a solid spicy Belgian IPA. It has good bitterness, but the spice and funk overwhelm the hop flavors.
