I just had this at the Burlingame, CA brewpub. Had no foam, not much lacing. Amber color. Fairly plain, flowery hop aroma. Start was malty sweet, med-full body, finishing pretty bitter but not totally saturated. I noticed absolutely no alcohol in this rather big 9.3% beer. It was pretty well balanced, but lacked a real identity of its own.
