Pours a hazy light apricot with a thin eggshell head. Aroma is fruity, mainly sour pear with some banana. Boos flavor starts with sour pear and apple and adds banana and yeast hints to the deal. Smooth mouthfeel is fairly firm and has some sass. North Carolina rocks for beer!
