Our focus is on making one beer - a Premium Pilsner that Canadians can be proud of. We believe that world-class results require focus and dedication, so we developed a distinctive recipe for our single brand based on Europe's renowned brewing standards yet is brewed fresh locally at our independent, Canadian Brewery. We use traditional brewing techniques and only four natural ingredients including spring water, malted barley, hops and yeast - all GMO-free. There is a fifth ingredient in every refreshing bottle, and that is the passion of our dedicated Brewmaster and staff.

Bottle. Colour - a very clear metallic gold, plenty of effervescence, and a one inch foamy white head, Aroma - bisuity maly, some bready notes, some spicy hop tones as well. Mouthfeel - medium bodied, good carbonation, the perfect definition of crisp. Flavour - well balanced between bready malt and herbal hops. A good refreshing beer

Poured a minimal size head, quickly dissipating. No lacing. Nice pale golden appearance. Aromas of wheat/grains, and light malts. Good mouthfeel and carbonation. Flavours not quite abundant, some light hops and lemon sweetness. An easy drinking, go-to beer.

This is far and away the best true pilsener in Canada. It pours a medium golden colour with a decent white head. Good grainy malt and floral hoppish toned in both the aroma and flavour. Just loved it!

I found this to be very smooth tasting and refreshing. It pours a very beautiful golden color with a nice head on the top. There is a soft, easy taste, somewhat sweet. It is quite different from a standard pilsner.

Canadian beer #5. A good pilsener. Not quite truly to the long standing Mid-European style, but it's clean, crisp, and refreshing. Very enjoyable.

Clear golden-yellow with a thin head that dissipated quickly. Refreshing and drinkable, but nothing memorable here for me. Far preferred the Bitburger Pils!

pours clear gold with a small white head that fades quickly. Aroma is malty, with a touch of hops, the aroma is good for this style however. Flavour is typical macro with a mix of malt and hops but I do like the flavour more tha alot of the macros, it has more of a bitter bite after the swallow than most. Thin watery mouthfeel is very refreshing and highly drinkable.

What's the big deal about this beer? I can't find a whole lot to like about it, and I've had it several times over the last 2-3 years. The beer pours a very clear yellow gold with a small white head. The aroma is weak, but is a complex of yeast, some malt, and a dash of hops. The flavour........very thin, almost watery, and maybe a little too much carbonation for my taste. But both the hoppish and yeasty tones are very weak.

Standard looking brew golden body with just a skiff of a cap. I don’t know how to say this but the aroma smells like a non offensive sweaty sock, mild hops, and a touch of grain. Taste is sweet and reminds me of corn pops, hops are noticeable but not aggressive. Malts are very grassy and finish bready and sweet I think I’m tasting melon. Nothing wrong with this brew I can drink a lot of it and not complain.
