Our collaboration with O’Hara’s Irish Craft Beers is a classic Irish Export Stout. Its opaque black appearance and mild mocha aroma arises due to the use of heavily roasted malts. A slightly higher gravity than traditional Irish stouts, it has a robust roasted flavor of espresso and bittersweet chocolate. Its smooth, rich body features subtle hop bitterness to balance the substantial dark malts, creating a full, satisfying brew.

Taps opaque chocolate brown with a thick buff head. Aroma delivers roast malt, berry and licorice notes. Flavor features roast malt, chocolate, berry, coffee and subtle licorice tones. Body is fairly firm, fizz is strong, while finish has toasty and berry tones. Taste the thorn.
