This is definitely going to be one of my favourite pilseners in the future (whenever I can afford it - it's quite expensive in Norway - or get it abroad). I guess the Czechs won't call it a pilsener as it's not being brewed in Plzen, but to me it's a pils good enough. Good lasting head, delicious Saaz aroma, pleasant flavour, very well balanced, better aftertaste than most pilseners.

Poured from a green 11.2 oz imprted bottle. Clear gold clear with a very white small head that a short time. The aroma was grainy malt, and hops. The mouthfeel was thin-bodied and very crisp.

Light golden color, tall white head, streaky lacing. Grassy hops meets sweet mlats, light honey, some stankiness. Another bro-in-law beer. At least it was cold.

Best before date of October last year. Pours a crystal clear light amber with a one finger head that takes its time going down. Lightly carbonated. Aroma is very skunky and has a strong hint of old coffee. The aroma dies down a bit after a while. Taste is slightly metallic with hints of sweet malts. Absolutely no skunk to the taste. Finishes off malty. Metallic taste also dies off. A bit on the watery side. An ok beer.

Clear darker yellow with small white foam head. lacing to glass. Aroma is that of a typical pilsener, malt and some earth. Taste is good bitter pilsener, OK. Aftertaste is quite long lasting, but not too much present.

A sweet malt forward beer some honey and grass in the back, mouthfeel is a bit sticky and sweet, a bit of skunkiness to it. . Overall a decent brew, nothing to spectacular.

Really not a remarkable beer, though the reviews have been really entertaining. I love when I land at gatwick, get off the train at three bridges to get a 4 pack of tall boys and drink this like water, tipsy by the time I get to Hastings. As far as the beer goes, its a macro lager, and average for the macro lager style. Off the plane is the only time I would drink, but its really not bad. Its smooth, seems to be a bit fuller and maltier than the average lager. Unfortunately the hop profile is more diminshed than some good czech pilsners. I love the range of numbers on the reviews here. Im pretty sure Speedway Stout and Beer Geek Breakfast dont have this many 10's.

typical Czech Lager, pours a medium golden colour, with about an inch and a half of thick, foamy head. recedes quickly in little piles, a very smooth and drinkable beer.

A good example of a Czech pils , a golden colour with a very slight head , initially malty taste followed by a refreshing hoppy burst . Easy drinking and not too gassy unlike some other pilseners.

A little hoppier than I had imagined. A really nice, clean drinking beer. A little pale in color and a virtually non-existent head, however. Still, good flavor trumps all.

It poured a nice golden color. The aroma was very strong of hops. It had a nice mouth feel. I had this beer at a Czech restaurant. It went well with the food. But I don't see myself going out of the way to get this one.
