Bottled. Deep ruby red colour, mediumsized brown creamy head. Aroma is roasted malts, caramel, some toasted notes as well as notes of black, mild coffee. Flavour is roasted malts, coffee, some balancing up flowery and grassy hops. Aftertaste is toasted and quite much coffee.

Pours wtih a dark brown to black body topped by a medium thick head with lots of lacing. It’s slighlty sweet yet bitter with lots of coffee and a bit of chocolate. Medium bodied, smooth, and yet dry.

Website: www.kelt.cz . 500 ml bottle, bought in Prague. Irish style dry stout. Black (=very dark brown to ruby) colour. Moderate creamy tan head. Moderate roasty aroma, notes of coffee, faint hints of leather. Smooth drinking, but there’s a pronounced bitter roastiness. Strong coffee notes. Little complexity besides the roastiness, but not nearly as bad as some other ratings made me expect.
