Sampled on 1/2/2009. This European Strong Lager pours a medium orange gold color from a 500ml tallboy can. Small to medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is cereal and caramel, corn and chemical. Yet, there is some malt and hop aroma as well. A medium bodied Euro strong lager. The malts are fruity, cereal and sweet. The hops are spicy and floral. Guess having it in the can really helps. Lively carbonation. It’s a little sweet, but this one is decent is you don’t mind a sweet malty beer. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.

Accidently bought and reviewed this not remembering I’d all ready had (see first review bellow) I seemed to enjoyed it last time but this time I thought it was undrinkable swill that I dumped more than half of down the sink. It was just ungodly sweet smelt like my feet and was like drinking corn juice. This time my marks are look =7 aroma =4 mouthfeel = 6 taste = 3 overall =3. For the purposes of entering the numbers I’ll average out my first and latest review. What a waste of time and money. (first review) This stuff looks like clean unused motor oil sitting in my glass, just a tiny bit of head was produced when I poured this beer, how ever a constant supply of thin foam could be produced with every swirl of the glass. Mild smelling brew consisting of sweet hops and lots of good malts, me was happy not to be able to pick up any alcohol or skunk like you get with most imported strong lagers. For the style it had a surprisingly clean taste very malty and refreshing over all rather sweet, I couldn’t pick up any of the alcohol. Felt light bodied and had lots of tingly carbonation, the after taste was a mildly bitter and finished sweet and malty. A full flavored beer that isn’t watered down, high quality, I think this is the best imported strong lager I’ve ever had, extremely drinkable with no detectable alcohol given the high percentage. aroma=7, apperiance=6 mouthfeel=7, taste=7, overall=7 3.4 final score

Nice light amber in colour and a white rocky head that went down to thin full beer coverage with excellent lacing. A swirl feeds it's growth the entire length of the review. Lots of carbonation and some micro floaties. Has the aroma of dry catfood, biscuty malts and an earthy undertone. It's 100% malt I think! Taste is dry and biscuty malt, wheat, slightly sweet and a touch of acohol is present. Finally a Euro beer that's 7% and not sickening. Mouthfeel is very smooth and slightly bitter. Medium bodied and a hint of salt?? You can notice the alcohol abit as well. I'll get more of this stuff! Very easy to drink. Probally the best Polish beer I've had so far.
