It came as a dream. A rare encounter between the sweet and the spice, the intelligent and the bold, the Elephant and the Tiger. This easy drinking amber ale is highlighted by chai spice notes balanced with a lingering vanilla whiskey flavour.

Can from the brewery. Pours a clean (slight haze at last pour), rich amber colour with a frothy white cap, long lasting with some foamy lace. Beautiful sweet aromas with the spices balancing things. Rich caramel, vanilla, honey and all of the nice chai tea spices. The taste continues this, but not as rich, which is a good thing - "pour ne pas tomber sur le coeur". Wow! This is quite the awesome spiced ale. Hope they keep it this way.
