Named in honor of the Buckeye Valley Barons! Tasting Notes: We like to brew this beer to the hops that are available and most fresh at the moment, meaning that the recipe changes from month to month and sometimes from week to week! Past and current hops that have been used include, summit, simcoe, citra, el dorado, warrior, amarillo, falconer's flight and motueka (just to name a few)!
