Raised by an avid IPA drinker, there was no way Donald could not give reference to his father Don Staas Sr. While this brew isn't a tremendously bitter representation of the style, it contains loads aromatic and flavoring hop additions. We pride ourselves on this being one of the most balanced DIPAs on the market. Tasting Notes: A west coast meets east coast style hybrid double IPA (not too bitter and not too fruity/but the best of both worlds). Big and balanced, amber colored beer with waves of hop flavor, aroma, and moderate bitterness. This brew is generously dry hopped with Citra hops and is always fresh to our tap to highlight its great aroma.
