500 ml bottle, at Die Kleine Bierstube, Aarhus. ABV was 4.9%. Beautiful reddish brown colour, big off-white to beige head. Nice aroma and flavour with notes of münchener malts, caramel and rye bread. Moderate bitterness.

Fränken Bierausflug, Day#5, Brewery#23, Beer#51. Sampled at the brewery; poured from the bottle a deep amber-brown with a thin tan head that disappeared quickly leaving little lacing. Sour caramel malt aroma and a very smooth palate. Flavors of toasted malt, toffee and bright hops; slightly tart finish with pronounced hop bitterness.
