Our extracts are prepared at the brewery in a hand-made, gas-fired brew kettle, by combining honey, pure vanilla and a host of aromatic botanicals. The dark, honeyed brew will build a delicious, frothy head when properly poured into a frosted mug.

A dark brown colored beer with a small sudsy textured. light beige head rising above. There's some hang time on the head. A well formed, persistent ringlet is left. Bold vanilla and bark nose. Bolder in the taste. There is a chalky texture that for some could be a little disconcerting. There is a warming after each sip reminding me that it has alcohol in it.
