At only 170 calories per tall boy, our Lighter Lager is great for many purposes making it “the beer that won’t interfere”. It’s light on alcohol at 4.20% and light on colour, but not on taste. The aroma and taste exhibit malty sweetness with a clean fast finish on the palate.

Pours a fairly clean golden colour with a frothy off-white head, average retention and light lace. Aromas are pretty strong for a light beer, with malt, sweet cereal grains and mild hops. The taste shows the same - sweet maltiness with hints of hops in the finish. Also getting some wheat-banana flavours. Crisp and somewhat refreshing. Maybe could do without the wheat to cut a little in sweetness. The rest is fine.
