Devil's Harvest is a golden, crushable IPA with a ghostly hue. A moderate dose of oats help cloud up the beer while grabbing some hop oils from the large dry hop of Citra and Mosaic. By only using whirlpool and dry hopping techniques, we have cut down on bitterness while raising the aroma in this small 4.9% ABV.

Pours hazy apricot with a thick porcelain head. Aroma delivers strong resiny hops riding a firm undertone of zesty citrus. Flavor delivers on both, though not quite as strongly but still quite satisfying. Mouthfeel offers average body and fairly lively fizz. A devil of a breakfast.
