Southern Philosophy’s Dr. Spreuss IPA, a Sprucetip HAZY IPA inspired by the season and historical colonial spruce beers that Benjamin Franklin and Thomas Jefferson would have produced and enjoyed. The Spruce was sourced from an FDA approved supplier that harvests at high elevation in Colorado. In addition to the Spruce tips the beer is hopped with Citra, Southern Cross, Columbus and Azacca hops
