Our Double IPA brewed with elderflower and nectarines has notes of stone fruit and a distinct verdant bitterness. It has an underlying herbal fragrance and a flavor that is reminiscent of honey and flowers. This unapologetically assertive brew is bursting with flavor and is perfectly pleasing to the paltate. Pours clear copper with a fairly thick ivory head. Aroma presents fruity, honey, resiny and malty tones. Bitter, woody hops come forth in the flavor, but the honey and fruity tones remain, with malty and honey undertones and floral hints. Definitely not like most Double IPAs! Mouthfeel features typical body and fizz. Get this picture.
