750 ml caged and corked bottle. Poured in a beer mug an unclear, light hazy, copper-caramel coloured S A with an almost non-existing light beige foamy had that had no retention and no bubbles. Soft carbonation. No lacing. The aroma is light toasted malts, spiced, herbs. The flavour is moderate malty, faint spicy, late peppery, woody notes. The mouthfeel is crispy, thin and quite flat. The texture is watery. This light bodied S A has a dry faint malty and spicy finish. No hints of the promised mushrooms. An undisputable disappointement.
