    Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 6 | Mouthfeel: 5 | Flavor: 6 | Overall: 5

750 ml caged and corked bottle. Poured in a Blanche Vase an unfiltered and hazy golden-yellow coloured Witbier with a two fingers slightly beige, fine and dense foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is spicy, cloves, coriander, fruity, citrus, bananas and herbal tones, thyme. The flavour is sweety malts, spicy, cloves, vegetables , radish and moderate malty. The mouthfeel is round, light sparkling and flat. The texture is watery. This light bodied Witbier has a dry spicy and herbal finish. A Witbier with NO wheat taste ! I don't agree.
