    Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 6 | Overall: 7

750 ml caged and corked bottle. Poured in a beer mug a gushing, unfiltered and hazy golden-orange coloured S B with a short half-a-finger light beige foamy head that had a small retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. No lacing. The aroma is malty, cereals and spicy, powerful vegetables, lentils, notes of smoked ham. The flavour is yeasty, sweety malts, light bitter, sourish notes, spicy, vegetables, lentils. The mouthfeel is round and quite thin. The texture is watery. This light bodied S B has a dry spicy finish. An easy drinkable and refreshing Spiced Beer from the French département Loire. Nothing bad and an original touch.
