Our new session beer is for the last hot days of summer. A light, farmhouse ale that is straw to golden in color. Crisp and dry to showcase the spicy side common to this style of Belgian beer. The distinct yeast from Wallonia of Southern Belgium ferments at higher temperatures, or so than any other saccharomyces yeast strain.
