A very light haze, golden in colour with a warm cap that seems thicker, creamier at first, but then fizzes away rather quickly, leaving no lace. Peachy, tarty aromas. The peaches and wheat blend well, and mild in the taste with the tart mouthfeel. Hints of sourness that par well with the rest. Easy-drinking, refreshing, lightly fruity and all-around works well as a Berliner Weiss.
