his is our traditional gose with the addition of real pineapple and coconut. This beer is light and fruity and is a nice easy drinker. It’s very pineapple forward but it does not overwhelm the coconut. Add a slightly tart finish to balance out the sweetness and you end up with a great gose that you don’t mind having a few of.
