A copper colored top fermented beer, brewed with 3 English hops, that gives the spicy flavor. With a lovely aroma of flowers and a hint of spring. IPA "India Pale Ale" originates around 1790, when India was an English colony. To make it possible for the beer to travel that far - it was added a lot of hops and brewed to a higher gravity, which both increased the life of the beer. Our "Pearl of India" is strongly inspired of the original IPA, but shaped to fit the Danish palate.

Bottled. Hazy orange colour, big off-white head. Aroma is fruity hops, leather, yeast and grass. Flavour is fruity hops, yeast and a huge peak of leatheryness. Aftertaste is fruity and leathery.
