Solid IPA...citrusy hops. Soft palate that is never too much. The aroma is just a hair behind the apprentice, but there are no weaknesses in this one. Sessionable for the strength as well.

Sampled on 10/13/2012 at GABF. This India Pale Ale pours a slightly hazy yellow gold color from the tap. Medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is fruity, sweet and citrusy hops, lots and lots of citrusy hops. A medium bodied IPA. The malts are fruity and sweet. The hops are citrusy and grapefruity, some herbal as well. Decent carbonation. Nice long lasting bitterness. Crisp and clean. Nicely balanced. Very solid IPA. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and crisp. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.
