I had Sly Fox Helles Eisbock at the Grey Lodge for their Icy, Icy Bock night. This poured much lighter than Sly Fox's other Eisbock as it had more of a golden color with a white head. It had a slightly citrus taste with a sweet finish. I would have never guessed this to be 11% from the taste. This is an excellent brew!

I had this on draft at the bock festival. Had an amber-gold color with barely any head. A little roasty, kind of sweet, and lightly hopped. For 11%, there was almost no alcohol noticable! I was surprised considering it's an eisbock.

Poured a dark golden color with a medium sized, off white head that left light lacing on the glass. Aroma of sweet honey, earth, toasted dough, and citrus hops. Taste of sweet caramel and toffee malts, honey, nuts, and light bitter hops as well. Very light alcohol present, this was a very nice eisbock!
