Ljus, snygg, balanserad IPA på 6,5% som inte är som så många andra IPAs, dvs ingen käftsmäll eller tungkrullare (eller stampar sönder smaklökar och gomsegel). En öl som även den vanliga konsumenten kommer att gilla inte bara humlenördar som jag. Högt BU, där humlearom och smak skall spela första fiol utan störande inslag av karamellkladdig- maltighet. Northern Brewer som bitterhumle för mjuk, men bestämd, beska och bla Simcoehumle i smak och aromgiva för läckra inslag av passionfrukt och mogen blodgrape.

Draught@Bishops Arms Vasagatan, Stockholm. Amber colour, small beige head. Aroma is fruits, quite strong floral bitterness as well as quite grassy notes. Flavour is beautifully smooth fruityness along with some caramel malts. Beautifully balanced and very drinkable.

Pours out in a clear amber colour with a rich sticky off-white head. Plenty of grapefruit in the aroma along with yellow plums, lemon-zest and grass. Medium-bodied with touches of grapefruit, flowers, plums, mild resin and grass. Bitter finish of grapefruit, lemon-zest and grass with undertones of apricots and mild caramel.
