Our brewmaster has been making unfiltered hazy IPAs full of hop aroma for over 20 years. He's excited that he is now relevant since these IPAs have finally caught on. This one is dry-hopped with Azzaca, more Azzaca, Nelson, Callista and Mandarina; then hopped with Callista, Blanc Blanco and Nelson. It has really wonderful aromas of grapefruit, passion fruit, Mandarin orange, a touch of lime, mango, pine, and a while whole lot more.

Taps clear amber with a good beige head that leaves heavy lacing. Aroma offers resiny hops and tutti frutti character. Flavor delivers piney hops, zesty tropical and tangy citrus, a little fresh malt - evergreen plus a basket of assorted fruit! Mouthfeel presents fair body, lively fizz, and a piney finish. Definitely relevant.
