Taking the style of IPA one step further we decided to do a northwest style red IPA but to also showcase german hop varieties in this brew. Thus I.R.A. was born, a rich crimson hued ale the hop aromas almost attack your nose with a sublte caramel malt undertone. The flavor is also very hop forward yet it contains at it's heart a more malty flavor than standard IPAs lending complexity.
