Une blanche de Berlin bien moelleuse, éclatant de fraîcheur et légèrement acidulée. Un délice qu'on savoure comme un sorbet.

Clean, reddish colour with a pinkish frothy head, average stay and some decent creamy streaks of lacing. Some blueberry and blackcurrant aromas, but with some of the medical-hops I have felt in other of their brews. This medicinal note continues into the taste, with mild sourness, and dryness in the end. Not sure it is the hops, or the water used (chlorine maybe)?? Some grassiness does come out with time to take away the weird notes. All pretty light as a Berliner, but not getting much of the Weiss. OK, maybe hints of bananas coming out very late, at last pour, with a very slight haze. Not something that I would have again.
