An unfiltered pale lager brewed from 70% barley and 30% spelt. Cette spécialité est brassée avec 70 % de malt d'orge et 30 % d'épeautre provenant du Parc Naturel de la Haute Sûre. Non-filtrée, son léger trouble de levure lui confère un excellent goût frais et naturel. A déguster idéalement à 7 °C.

Pale yellow, small white foam ring. Small resin aroma, bit chemical. Slightly bitter taste, again metallic. Not the best beer ever. Short aftertaste. (Velp 201410)

Bottle. Poured a slightly hazy straw gold colored beer with a one finger white creamy foamy head that had a very long retention. Active carbonation. No lacing. The aroma is herbal hops, grainy malts and a touch of vinegar. The flavour is herbal hops, spicy, peppery. The mouthfeel is slight crispy and spicy. This light bodied beer has a sweet / bitter finish. Not my stuff !

Hazy yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is quite typical malts and hops, maybe slightly sweeter. Flavour is malts, hops and very bready. A pleasantly balanced and refreshing brew.
