    Aroma: 10 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 7

750 ml swing-top bottle. Poured in the original Silvacius designed glass a hazy to opaque ruby-brown coloured Amber with a good two fingers beige and creamy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is strong roasted malts, notes of dark chocolate, burnt coffee beans and smoke. The flavour is sweety malts, caramel, brown sugar, ashes and fruity, green apples, citrus. The mouthfeel is crispy, fresh and a bit sticky. This medium to full bodied Amber has a dry malty and sticky finish. A pretty pleasant Amber Ale from a newcomer, the youngest, 24 years, brewmaster in France which brewery is located close to Boulogne sur Mer, in Pas de Calais.
