This IPA is so drinkable because of its superb balance. The multi-award winning Ice Pick Ale showcases the Summit and Cascade varieties of hops. After fermentation, it is dry-hopped with Willamette hops, giving it a refreshingly floral aroma. Aroma: 4 | Appearance: 4 | Mouthfeel: 4 | Flavor: 4 | Overall: 4

12oz bottle. Pours a reddish amber with a small off white head that quickly goes to a thin film.

The aroma is sweet vegetal crystal malts with a little fruit and grassy hops.

The flavor is sweet crystal malts with a little green resin from the hops. It has decent grassy bitterness in the finish. The mouthfeel is medium bodied and watery.

Overall, not a great IPA. It's too sweet and doesn't show good hop characteristics with some off notes.

It pours a burnt-orange/amber with a thin white-tan head and some thick lacing areas. An aroma of caramel malts, hops, pine, light grapefruit, bitters, and dull spice. The mouthfeel is smooth and very rich. Flavors of caramel malts, light hops, citrus and grapefruit, bitters, tea leaves, and light spices. Good!
