Pours out in a cloudy amber appearance with a small creamy white foam. Dryish aroma of anise, ham, sweetish smoked malts and neutral yeast. Medium-bodied with notes of tar, mild pepper, anise and burnt caramel. Balanced yet dry finish of tar, neutral yeast and ham. A well-made and charming Rauch.
