Kinda understated on the sourdough aspect, but it's there. Light with some cereal graininess and a light but pleasant tartness. A little in the way of floral hops and that's about it.

On tap at Beer Revolution -

Aroma is very yeasty. Yeasty combined with apple juice, but I got no sourdough-like character in either the aroma or flavor. Hops centered around a very floral note, and the malts kinda ease into place in both aroma and flavor. Finish is incredibly clean with a semi-woody/earthy finish. Solid beer.

Sampled on tap on 7/20/2011 at Beer Revolution. This Premium lager pours a medium orange gold color from the tap. Small sized white foamy head, with decent retention. The aroma is fruity, sweet and yeast with a touch of tartness. A medium bodied lager. The malts are fruity and sweet, peaches. The hops are herbal. Nice carbonation. A touch tart with some sweetness. Light and refreshing. A little bready and tart. Nice combination. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly tart.
