This IPA sacrifices nothing for its drinkability, flexing big time flavor and complexity. The light color disguises the depth of the malt backbone, a pillar that balances the potent whole cones of the piney citrus Cascade and tropical fruit like Citra hops.

Tropical fruit on the back end of the aroma and flavor is quite nice. Medium body and bitterness. Tropical fruit and herbal flavor. Slightly sweet but finishes dry. Nicely done.

Pours a light amber color with half an inch of head. Average amount of lacing. The aroma is floral hops, grass and malts. Not much of a nose. The taste is a blend of piney and floral hops along with a good deal of malt. Floral hops with hints of pineapple at the finish. Slightly oily mouthfeel with a light body and lots of carbonation. Pretty flowery and malty IPA. Overall, its an alright IPA, especially in a mix 12 pack but not up to being a regular in the S.N. stable
