    Sampled on 11/4/2013. Tasted on tap at the Sierra Nevada Brewpub. This IPA pours a medium amber color from the tap. Medium to large sized white foamy head with good retention and nice lacing. The aroma is fruity, malty and hoppy. A medium to lighter bodied India Pale Ale. The malts are fruity and sweet, bready and cereal. The hops are citrusy and floral. Crisp and clean, and VERY fresh tasting. Mild to medium bitterness, but the bitterness king of lingers on for a while. This is a very nice session IPA. Lots of flavor, without a lot of bitterness, yet because the bitterness kind of hangs around it makes for a interesting beer. Very smooth finish. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and crisp. Aftertaste is slightly bitter

    4.2% 53 ibu nice herbal floral aroma. Slightly sweet with all the ibus cutting through the light body. Nice flowery fruity finish. Definitely sessionable, but anything but boring. Bottle it!
