12oz bottle pours with a partially opaque deep copper to brown body that supports a nice tan head of foam. The modest aroma offers up lightly roasted malts, a dash of biscuit malts and caramel malts and light spicy hops in the background. The taste delivers an assortment of light maltiness as noted in the nose as well as spicy to herbal to somewhat citrus hoppy notes. The ringworm yeasty spiciness shows up as well and seems to actually add to the experience. Not bad for a softly hopped and faintly bitter hopped IPA. I like it.
