Our Undertow Pale is cross between a New England hazy juice forward pale ale with some West Coast pale distinctive bitterness. Brewed with a blend of pale, honey, biscuit and oat malt, then hopped with equal amounts of Ella, Eureka and Azacca. Upfront flavours of honey, tangerine and melon leads into a crisp pithy bitterness. The wave of hazy juiciness that hits you upfront quickly pulls away from under you with a lengthy dry finish. Stay close to the shoreline to best enjoy this new brew!
