Brewed with Pale ale malt and oats, this single hop brut IPA showcases Hallertau Blanc hops. Fermented with Northwest Ale yeast then krausen with Belgian Ardennes bring a level of yeast complexity that complements the white wine characteristics of the hops. Notes of banana, with typical New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc characteristics of gooseberry, lemongrass and passion fruit, that follow through on the palette. The mid-palette is dry that finishes with a bright but balanced bitterness.
