The HMS Bombay was one of the many British ships that travelled to India carrying the first India Pale Ales; loaded with hops with the purpose to help persevere the beer so it would last the long voyage. This IPA is a true traditional west coast style hop bomb of citra, mosaic, and simcoe, with upfront notes of grapefruit, pine with a gripping hop finish!
