We have a new brew just in time for Christmas Eve! Introducing “Due South” Pina Colada Milkshake IPA! This was a previous brew of owner Adam Bower’s that was scaled up and tweaked by brewmaster Kellye Robertson which they brewed together. Intense tropical aromatics of pineapple, citrus, & coconut from the addition of raw coconut and fresh pineapple that follow through on the palette. An upfront hop bitterness is persistent throughout and complimented by the juicy tropical fruit and silky finish from the addition of lactose, with a lengthy coconut undertone. We may be just getting into winter, but this beer will bring you back to warmer days, and have you feeling “due south”!
