poured a hazy golden/yellow color but only made a small white head that dissipated quickly and left very little lacing. The aroma was orange peels, wheat, and spices. The taste was some orange with wheat malt and a good dose of coriander. The mouthfeel was light bodied with medium carbonation.

Strong, malty aroma has a firm overtone of coriander, as well as floral and fruity hints. Pours a clear, bubbly, golden amber with a fairly thick but effervescent ivory head. Malty core of the flavor supports coriander, floral, and subtle fruity hints. Texture has average firmness and fizz, but the fizz persists. A beer in the hand is worth two in the fridge.

I figured this would have more citrus/coriander in it like a Blue Moon or Shocktop style, but this was pretty bland and mild. Closer to Hoegaarden with that non-spiced flavor...but maybe not as smooth and less flavor. A hazy medium yellow appearance. Wits are hit or miss for me...this didn't do much for me.

I must say I was not impressed with this Shiner product. I expect a lot more flavor, aroma, appearance and mouthfeel. From a Belgian style beer. It not nasty or stink just fails at being a Belgian beer.

A straw colored beer with a big frothy textured, Off white head rising above. There's some hang time on the head. It settles into a healthy ringlet. The total profile, more dominate in the tasting is wheat, grassy hops, light citrus and a bit of coriander. Effervescent and creamy.

Hazy orange body with a thick fizzy cap that faded pretty quickly. Aromas were heavy on the earthy Saaz hops and nothing else. Flavor started out the same as the aroma with the saaz dominating, finally as it warmed up a touch a bit of the corriander came out with some touches of wheat. Overall its labeled a Belgian Wit, but its really a cloudy pils with a touch of yeast.
