Typical Strata flavors: passion fruit, mango, strawberry-citrus, with floral-dankness throughout (aroma & flavor). Soft, velvet mouthfeel, driven by use of oat & wheat in the malt bill. Good carbonation-vibrancy awakens the palate

Pours translucent papaya with a good buff head. Aroma yields juicy citrus, resiny hops, and - hmmmmm, must be cactus water. And a bit of berries. Flavor provides piney and bitter hops, zesty orange with some tangerine, strawberries, cactus. Texture features firm body and lively fizz. No mirage this one.
