Hand-pulled from a just-tapped cask. Love to watch a hand-pulled ale settle into a pint shaker. A creamy white head eventually forms over a dense, cloudy, amber colored brew. Little hop bits float motionlessly in bubble-free bliss. The attention-getting aroma is all about hops. Unlike some other hoppy brews, plenty of malt is detected in the flavor. Viscous and oily, but otherwise lifeless on the palate. A lingering bitterness dominates the aftertaste. Nuttin' But Hops is an appropriate name for this fresh-pressed hop juice.
