Collaboration with Two Birds Taphouse for their fifth anniversary. We were told to make the “dankest, resiny-est, stickiest, west coast-iest, licking a pine tree-iest” IPA we could. So we loaded this bad boy with a birthday’s bounty of Chinook, Cascade, and Simcoe hops to go back to the roots of IPA. Made with love, partnership, and OVER 9000 grams of hops. Come celebrate our friends’ fifth bird-day.

Taps clear apple cider with a lovely fine-bubbled parchment head that leaves plentiful lacing. Aroma offers piney hops, zesty orange with grapefruit on the side, tangy malt. Flavor yields piney piney and somewhat bitter hops, zesty orange and grapefruit, tangy fresh malt, subtle sweet mango. Texture presents decent smooth body and peppy fizz. Tweet tweet.
