We began with Low Colour Maris Otter and then we went a bit crazy with hops adding Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe and Chinook hop resins straight to the whirlpool. We added more Citra and Mosaic pellets and then triple dry hopped with a ton of Citra and Mosaic, resulting in a dank, resiny, yet still incredibly juicy Double IPA

Pours clear topaz with a thick parchment head that leaves generous lacing. Aroma brings funky and resiny hops, zesty citrus, fresh malt. Flavor offers bitter and funky piney hops - serious hops - plus fresh malt and tangy orange. Textute features decent body and lively fizz. Two bits, four bits, six bits, good beer.
