Sweet Memories is a brand new Double IPA brewed with an almost classic base of Pilsner malt, wheat and oats, then double dry hopped with a no-brainer hop combo of Citra Lupomax, Strata T90, Mosaic Lupomax and for the first time: Mosaic Spectrum, a full flavor liquid hop product. So three different hop products have refined this droplet. New and refreshing impressions of tropical fruit salad, berries, apricots, rounded by a pleasant dankness and smooth mouthfeel.
