Schramm's Michigan Apple was made with a carefully selected blend of locally sourced and pressed Michigan apple varieties. The slightly drier, tart notes of the cider blend balance beautifully with the sweetness and body of the honey. This cyser is a tribute to our home state's beautiful fall days and our fine community of fruit growers. Unlike most of our other offerings, this mead has a "drink" status (as opposed to a "drink/hold" or a "hold" status). We recommend you drink it fresh while the apple & honey flavors remain youthful and vibrant
