341 ml capped bottle, as " Ô Canada -Erable " called for the French market. Poured an unfiltered and almost opaque golden-yellow coloured B A with a good two fingers slight beige, dense and soapy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is an aggresive, unpleasant, and overwhelming maple feeling, candy sugar and woody notes. The flavour is a powerful sugary juice added with maple syrup. The mouthfeel is crispy, prickly, fizzy and thin. The texture is watery. This light bodied B A has a dry sugary finish. Overall a not convincing B A from the province of Québec. The hops and maple aren't blending together well .

Bottle: Poured a clear pale yellow color ale with a huge pure white foamy head with great retention and great lacing. Aroma of maple is pretty dominant with a light malt backbone. Taste is a mix between some maple and light caramel malt. Great carbonation with average body. While this is mildly interesting, I am still trying to figure out if maple is really suited to beer since I have rarely tried one that wowed me.
